I attended Rosie-Maria's very first weekend retreat in Bali in 2019. And I have to say: It Was Magnificent. Emotionally, in a very short period of time, we were able to cover ground that I think can take people years of psychotherapy and counselling. We voiced and shed light on our core wounds, our deepest fears, secrets and shame. We were held in a safe space where we could build trust with others that the seemingly worst parts of ourselves could also be accepted. I found myself going so far as to confess fears of things I could do if I became a more dysfunctional person. So inclined was I to delve deep that I began to unburden the guilt that I have faults that can worsen over time. But what also came through, is that we are perfect exactly as we are, in whatever stage of our evolution. And that the lessons we experience are merely that, lessons. And we are all growing through
them. What a relief to share this experience with others! Imperfection! Hallelujah!

If you are ever feeling stuck or just want some help from Spirit, I would suggest joining with Rosie-Maria for a session. Her skills and abilities are multi-dimensional. From down to earth Breath work and Self Inquiry, to her gift of channeling the All Loving Spirit, her capacity to be truly helpful is broad. I particularly enjoy her chanting of the Aramaic Lord's Prayer, which she does at the beginning of each session in order to center herself in Spirit so only the highest and best is offered in every session. Just this alone is likely to send chills down your spine as the connection she has can be palpably felt. I had several one-to-one breath sessions with Rosie-Maria. For me this was a completely new experience. These sessions were a huge advantage for me. You can really feel the dedication and love Rosie-Maria puts in her sessions. This was important to me, it stopped me falling asleep and helped me remain very present, redirecting me into quicker or slower breathing, as she intuitively felt into me throughout the session. Thanks to this I was very aware of what happened, receiving many valuable messages. Even at the end she asked brilliant questions which permitted me to go even deeper and in many cases delivered.
